If you’ve already placed an order, open your Order Confirmation email and click “View your order” to see the latest status and estimated delivery dates.

Production & Processing Times
Because we offer a wide collection of unique jewelry, production times vary by item.
Once your piece is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped through one of our trusted delivery partners.
U.S. Shipping Times
After your order has shipped, you can expect delivery within the following time frames:
Shipping: 3-5 business days.
Multiple-Item Orders
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately as soon as each is ready.
You’ll receive a tracking email for each shipment to stay updated every step of the way.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please allow 24 hours, as carriers sometimes scan early.
For fastest resolution, contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
